This typically includes diagnostic records such as X-rays, photos, and digital scans, a fully customized treatment plan created by Dr. Hirasuna, all active treatment visits, and any appliances needed throughout your care. One set of retainers is also included at the end of treatment to help maintain your results.

What Isn’t Included?

While your treatment fee is comprehensive, there are a few situations that may fall outside standard coverage.

These may include replacement retainers if they are lost or damaged, dental procedures performed by your general dentist, such as cleanings or fillings, or additional treatment required due to injury or lack of appliance care.

If any of these situations arise, our team will clearly review all details with you before moving forward.
